As you'd expect from an elderly grandmother, Daisy responds to scammers with a blend of confusion and a barrage of inquiries into their lives, often mixed with tangential and unrelated anecdotes from her own fictional past. This clever ruse leads to profound frustration on the part of the scammer, whose time and resources are increasingly wasted on these fruitless exchanges.

Daisy doesn't just spring into action on a random basis. She's been meticulously programmed to recognize specific scamming tactics, with her diverse range of responses designed to prolong the interactions and keep the scammers on the hook for as long as possible. To say that Daisy was successful in her crusade against the scammers would perhaps be an understatement. For the few weeks she was operational, Daisy managed to waste up to 40 minutes per scammer, valuable moments that could have been exploited to scam innocent people.
